Services Description

Skynet provides consultancy services for:

  • EPF Services: Employee Provident Fund registration, filing, compliance, and related services.
  • GEM Services: Government e-Marketplace registration, vendor onboarding, and related services.
  • ESIC Services: Employee State Insurance Corporation registration, filing, compliance, and related services.

We provide professional consultancy and assistance with government compliance and registration processes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results, as these depend on various factors including government regulations and your specific circumstances.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services.
  • Maintain the security of your account and password.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide all necessary documents and information required for the services.
  • Pay all fees and charges as agreed upon for our services.

Payment Terms

Payment for our services must be made as per the agreed terms and conditions. We accept payment through various methods as specified at the time of service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy or as required by law.

  • Service fees are due as per the payment schedule agreed upon.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.
  • All prices are subject to change with prior notice.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra services or expedited processing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skynet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or timelines for government processes, as these are subject to government regulations and procedures beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and information provided by Skynet, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Skynet or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate.
